Do I need to already be a Watthub customer to request an audit?
No. These audits are available whether or not Watthub is involved in your current system. Many customers use the Proposal Review specifically to evaluate a bid from another company.
What if I don't have Green Button or interval data?
Your utility can typically provide this on request, and in many cases we can even help you request it. Some utilities don’t offer it at all. In such cases, a full year’s worth of bill statements is a helpful starting point.
How long does an audit take to complete?
Turnaround depends on how long it takes to get the data required. Once we have everything needed for the service request, most reviews take 1 or 2 business days.
Can I order more than one Proposal Review at a time?
Of course. That’s what the multi-audit pricing is for. If you’re comparing bids from several contractors, the 3 or 5 audit packages covers all of them.
